On December 6, 2007, the Commission adopted a Policy on Financial Disclosure to implement the requirement of AB 745.  This policy is effective as of January 1, 2008.  The policy provides for the reporting and disclosure of expenditures and contributions for political purposes related to LAFCO proposals to the same extent as required for local initiative measures under the Political Reform Act, Government Code Section 81000 et seq., and the regulations of the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) implementing that law.

Please use the forms available on the FPPC website at the links below to comply with the Commission policy.  These forms only need be filed with the Executive Officer of LAFCO, not the FPPC.
